YOUR MISSION
- Create exciting job advertisements for all common platforms - from traditional job portals to social media! You know exactly how to approach the best talents and win them over for us.
- Be the First point of contact for applicants and employees - whether questions, concerns or advice, you always have the right solution at hand.
- Manage the entire recruiting process - from the initial application to recruitment. Your ability to manage several tasks at the same time is required here!
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- A completed Technical or commercial training - You understand what it takes to be successful in recruiting.
- Experience in recruiting - You know exactly how to track down the best talent.
- Fluency in German (at least A2) and Polish - You speak and write both languages!
- You are an absolute Team player - Flexibility and cooperation are a matter of course for you.
- Openness and sociability are your trademark - you can win people over quickly.
