YOUR TASKS
- Disciplinary management, support and further development of the entire shipping team (approx. 25 employees) and the entire external warehouse (approx. 10 employees)
- Supervision of 2 locations
- On-time and correct acceptance and storage of goods, on-time order picking, as well as on-time and safety-compliant loading of goods
- Coordination with other departments and logistics management
- Responsible for staff deployment and vacation planning and quality and employee appraisals
YOUR PROFILE
- Training in operational logistics or many years of experience in logistics
- Experience in employee management
- You are familiar with the use of modern IT tools (Microsoft 365)
- Independent and reliable
- Very good written and spoken German
- Flexibility, as you lead teams at two locations
- Start of work at approx. 10 a.m.
The actual monthly salary depends on your qualifications and experience and we will determine this together with you. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 52,000 gross/year plus statutory bonuses.
