YOUR TASKS:

  • Accounting/invoicing
  • Process requests
  • Material orders
  • Control of incoming invoices
  • various correspondence 
  • Telephone exchange
  • Issue contracts for work and services 
  • Create orders 
  • Management of company vehicles
  • general office work
  • Book accommodation

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or HAK degree
  • Several years of professional experience an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of BMD an advantage
  • Affinity for numbers, high resilience and communication skills
  • Structured way of working
  • Sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • Driving license B with own car an advantage
  • Working hours MO-DO 07 - 16:30, Friday 07 - 12 o'clock

 

The actual monthly salary depends on your qualifications and experience and we will determine this together with you. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 2,500.00 gross/month.
