- Disciplinary management, support and further development of the entire shipping team (approx. 25 employees) and the entire external warehouse (approx. 10 employees)
- Supervision of 2 locations
- Termingerechte und korrekte Warenübernahme und -einlagerung, termingerechte Kommissionierung, sowie die termingerechte und Sicherheitskonforme Verladung der Waren sicher
- Coordination with other departments and logistics management
- Zuständig für die Personaleinsatz- sowie Urlaubsplanung und Qualitäts- sowie Mitarbeiter:innengespräche
YOUR PROFILE
- Ausbildung in der Betriebslogistik bzw. langjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik
- Experience in employee management
- You are familiar with the use of modern IT tools (Microsoft 365)
- Independent and reliable
- Written and spoken German
- Flexibility, as you lead teams at two locations
- Start of work at approx. 10 a.m.
The actual monthly salary depends on your qualifications and experience and we will determine this together with you. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 52,000 gross/year plus statutory bonuses.
